Doing something special on holiday usually means a supermarket, a boot full of bags and an hour of setting up while the light you came for slips away. We exist so that none of that is your problem.
You carry nothing.
No shopping, no folding table wedged into the car. Everything arrives with us and is standing before you get there.
You wash nothing.
When you are done you simply walk away. We come back for the plates, the cushions and the lanterns.
You are on time for the light.
The setup is finished before you arrive, timed so that you are sitting down as the sun starts to drop.

A proposal
The one we plan most carefully. A quiet spot, red roses, and a sign saying the thing you are about to say. We build it, then stay out of the way.
A birthday
For a friend, a partner, a parent who never asks for anything. A longer table and an afternoon they did not have to arrange themselves.
An anniversary
The same coast, a different bay. Often the same couple, the same month, a year further on.
No reason at all
A last evening before someone flies home. Or an ordinary Tuesday you decided to turn into something.
How It Works
From a two-minute request to a table by the sea
Tell us the moment
Send the request right here on the site — the date, the occasion and how many of you. Two minutes, from your phone.
We plan it together
We suggest a setup, a place and a time — usually built around when the light will be best — and agree the details with you.
We build it
We arrive ahead of you and set everything up: table, textiles, flowers, glassware, lighting, and the screen if there is one.
You arrive
Everything is ready and waiting. When you are done, you simply leave — we come back and pack it all away.

What makes a setup feel effortless
The spot is chosen for your hour
Not for the hour we happened to see it. Where the sun sits at eight is a different place from where it sat at two — that is the difference between a nice photo and a golden one.
Styled, not stocked
Colours, flowers and textures are picked for that day and that occasion — not pulled off a shelf in the same order every time.
Bad weather is our problem, not yours
If the forecast will not hold, we move you to another free date. You lose an evening, not a booking.
We leave no trace
We work in places worth protecting and intend to keep them that way. Everything we carry in, we carry back out.
Questions, Answered
The things people ask before they book
How far ahead do we need to book?
At least two days before the date — that is the minimum we need to plan and set up. In July and August, and for anything timed to the sunset, the earlier the better.
What if the weather turns?
We watch the forecast with you in the days before. If it will not hold, we move the picnic to another available date that suits you.
What about food and drink?
Water and coffee come with every picnic. A food basket is €30, a nachos plate €15 and a bottle of wine €20. Tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions and we plan around them.
Where do you set up?
Umag and the coast around it — on the grass under the pines above the sea, in a garden, on a terrace, or where you are staying. We travel to other places in Istria by agreement.
How long does a picnic last?
Two hours as standard, and every extra hour is €10. Picnics start from 11:00 and everything finishes by 23:00.
How many people can come?
A Standard Picnic is for two to six people. For a larger group the Celebration Package takes up to fifteen — beyond that, message us and we will work something out.
Do we have to bring or clean anything?
No. We set everything up before you arrive and come back for it afterwards. You never have to carry, wash or return a single thing.
