How Booking Works

A request is not a booking

Whatever way you reach us — the form on this site, Instagram, a call — you are sending a request. Our colleague looks at every one, checks the calendar and comes back to you to agree the date, the time, the place and the final price. Until we confirm it with you personally, nothing is reserved and nothing is owed.

Prices and payment

Prices are per setup and are listed on the price list page. The total the form shows is an estimate; the final price is the one we confirm with you personally before the booking stands.

Nothing is paid on this site. How and when to pay is agreed during confirmation.

Changes and cancellation

Plans change — tell us as early as you can and we will move or cancel your booking without drama. If a change comes very late, when flowers and food for your setup are already bought, we will agree what is fair case by case.

Weather

Our events happen outdoors. If the forecast will not hold, we propose another available date that suits you. You lose an evening, not the booking.

Where and when

We work in Umag and along the coast around it; other places in Istria are possible by prior agreement, with any travel agreed in advance.

Picnics start from 11:00 and everything finishes by 23:00. We need at least two days’ notice to plan and set up, and we keep an hour before and after every event for building it up and taking it down.

Our equipment

Everything standing on the setup — the table, textiles, glassware, lights, the screen — remains ours and is collected afterwards. Normal wear is our problem entirely. If something is badly damaged or lost, we will talk it through fairly.

If something goes wrong on our side

We are a small studio and we confirm only what we can deliver. If we ever fail to deliver what was confirmed, we will make it right — another date, or the return of anything you have paid us.
