What Happens To Your Details

Plain words about the data our booking form collects and where it goes. The short version: we use it to arrange your event, and for nothing else.

Last updated 4 August 2026

What we collect

When you send a request we receive what you typed: your name, phone and email, the date, package, guests and extras, and any free-text notes.

If you order the food basket, we also receive whatever you write about allergies or dietary restrictions. That can be health-related information — we ask for it only to keep you safe at the table, and you are free to leave the field empty and tell us in person instead.

Why we use it

Only to answer you, plan and confirm the event, and send you the booking emails — request received, confirmed, cancelled, or a new date. No marketing lists, no newsletters, no profiling.

Where it goes

Three services process the data for us: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the booking register, Telegram delivers your request to our staff chat, and Resend sends the booking emails from our domain. Each acts as a processor under its own terms.

We never sell your details and never share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

For the season, and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete your details earlier and we will remove your record from the register; copies in staff message history are removed as far as technically possible.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use — message us on Instagram or call, and we will do it. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Croatia, AZOP).

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics — which is why there is no cookie banner to click.

If the way we handle data changes, this page changes with it — the date above tells you when it last did.
